CPO Primer:
CPO or ATV primer is a clear primer used to promote adhesion on plastic surfaces. Specifically designed for ATV plastics. This primer promotes adhesion to plastics such as polypropylene. With this product you no longer have to use a flame gun to sweat the oils out of the plastic. It works on just about any plastic except for Polyethylene.
LGU-37:
This is our low gloss/ matte finish clear coat. This is a very simple to use matte clear coat. You mix it 10:1 with the hardener and spray it on. When you spray it flat, it dries flat, very simple to use. This product is very popular with the hunting and outdoors crowd, and shows great resistance to sunscreen, gun cleaner, gun oil and DEET.
Sure Grip:
This is our low gloss rubberized feel clear coat. This clear coat gives you the same low gloss/ matte finish as the LGU-37, it even uses the same hardener, but is mixed 4:1. In addition you get the rubberized texture to the finish and extra resistance to scuffs and scrapes.
Water Based Paints: Available in quarts, single gallons, and now 5 gallon pails
These products are specifically formulated for the Liquid Print process, and since they are solvent-free, they have several benefits:
Faster curing times: Base coats dry faster, and you can touch a dipped part right away. The print won't rub off.
Easier rework: If you have a missed area and want to redecorate the part, as soon as the part is dry, you can rebase paint the part and dip again. with solvent based paints you have a real danger of the solvents in the activator making the paint too soft and the print sliding off. No such problem with water based paints.
Longer dipping window: Parts painted in solvent-based paint need to be dipped within a few hours, or you risk a low quality print. Parts painted in waterborne paints can sit on a shelf for a year and you can still dip them.
Environmentally friendly: Since they are water-based, much more friendly to the environment as opposed to solvent-based paints.
Lower Cost: Cost is significantly less then traditional solvent based paints.
